If you are proposing a change you need to have it written down. If you need
copies made, email me the file and I will make them for you. If your club
will not be attending, send me a note and I will send you what is being
voted on so that you can do that in absentem.

I have been busy separating the Administrative Rules from the Racing Rules
so a lot of what I have been doing over the years is written down. I will be
presenting the first draft of the admin rules at the meeting. If you would
like to peruse them ahead of time, let me know and I will send you the file.
