Prescription glasses/Crank arms on junio rollout test/$7500 value limit

1) You could not ride in 100% reading glasses, because they would probably make everything blurry at a distance and you would be virtually blind. Are you sure you need glasses for seeing at a distance too? If so, you could consider progressive lens.
2) I think the rollout rule made sense. If your crank arms have NOT made one revolution within the 26' limit or whatever, that would mean your gear was BIGGER than it was supposed to be. Remember that the bigger the gear, the further you go in one revolution.
3) I know it was meant whimsically, but there's no need for a rule restricting your bike to 7500$ or whatever. As I have often found, it's not the carbon, it's the engine ;)
