Portland?s all-women bike team Sorella Forte is sponsoring a ?Get to Know Your Bike? clinic for women. This clinic will cover basics like bike frame materials, women?s specific elements, and discuss some of the latest technology to help educate a potential new buyer as to what?s hot (or not). We?ll also discuss general bike care and point out the warning signs that signal a trip to the bike shop for maintenance as well as simple DIY tips. This is a clinic for women getting more serious about their bikes either for racing or who just want to feel less intimidated about their two-wheeled companion.

Guys, pass the word on to your girlfriends and wives. It just might save you some wrenching time when you?d could be on the road.

This clinic will be held on Wednesday, February 21st, at 6:00 p.m. at River City Bicycles - 706 SE Martin Luther King Blvd.
