If anyone would like to carpool to the Snohomish Kla-Ha-Ya Days road race

this Saturday, let me know. It goes against my grain to drive solo to a

race. The masters races are at 11:00 and the cat 1,2 and cat 3 races are at

2:00. I would either race with the masters or the 3's, depending on who

rides along.   Here's the flyer:



SNOHOMISH KLA HA YA DAYS ROAD RACE

* Location: Just outside Snohomish on a 5 mile loop - Start in

Snohomish.

* Date: July 14th - Saturday

* Costs: $20 per race for all categories. No late fees!USCF one day

license for $5.

* Prizes: Mostly cash and some merchandise.

* Register: At start areas at the corner of 1st & Maple St. in

Snohomish.

* Race Numbers: WSBA numbers will be used and they will go on your

LEFT side.

* Course: All racers will start in Snohomish and have a 2 mile neutral

roll out to the course. The finish will be out on the 5 mile loop. Loop is

up and down with new pavement. COURSE <klahaMap.htm>

* Cat 4 womens race is part of the cat 4 womens series.

Directions

From I-5 North or South take the Hwy 2 exit just North of Everett, WA.

Follow Hwy 2 East for 5 miles and get on Hwy 9 heading South. In about 2

miles take the Snohomish exit and head East into town. In town take a right

on Maple St. Registration and the start is at 1st & Maple.
