Attached is a flyer that describes my need for volunteers for the Providence
Bridge Pedal, Sunday August 14th.

I am organizing "Ride-along Mechanics" that have basic maintenance skills to
help the many inexperienced bike riders that will be participating in the
Providence Bridge Pedal this year.

I am looking to assemble at least forty volunteers to help out on this
event. Will you please post this request out to the OBRA list?

Hey all,

I'm the volunteer coordinator for PSU cycling, and we are in need of people
willing to volunteer two or three hours of their time on Easter Sunday. We
need drivers badly, as well as driver support. If you or anyone you know is
interested in helping out at what is sure to be a great collegiate race,
please respond. Here are some more details

Where: Henry Hagg Lake
When: April 4th, Easter Sunday. Heat 1 starts at 9 AM, Heat 2 at 12:30 PM
Who: Hosted by PSU for all 21 schools competing in the NWCCC.
What is needed: Drivers and driver support. If you don't have your own
vehicle that is fine, we have people donating cars for the day
What you get: A barbeque post-race, as well as a day of collegiate cycling

Horning's Hustle is coming up soon. I can use a few volunteers to help set
up the course the day before the race, and a few course marshals to help
make sure people are fed and are going in the right direction. Please give
me a call if you would like to help out.
