I believe www.cycling.tv will be showing the race live this year. They
have a "Versus" channel and I think it will be available under that
subscription service.
This past weekend I watched Het Volk and Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne live
which was great fun. I think they have a replay of Het Volk available
for free. Watch the last 15K, it was very exciting.

If you use Comcast, they should be carrying RAI which is the Italian
station that will carry Milan San Remo. In the Seattle area it was an
extra $9.95 to get the channel added. It is in Italian but it is live...
