OBRA friends,

My frame builder friend Mike Zanconato of http://www.zanconato.com/ is sponsoring a raffle to benefit the Young Survival Coalition (YSC). www.youngsurvival.org

The winner of the raffle will receive a custom designed and built Zanconato road bike (check out Mike's blog for examples of his amazing work http://bikesbyzank.blogspot.com/). The frame will then be hung with the parts that were collected over the past winter from RBR donations.

The YSC is the only international network of breast cancer survivors, medical professionals and supporters dedicated to young women affected by breast cancer. Today, the YSC has more than 12,000 members in 30-plus countries. Through action, advocacy and awareness, the YSC seeks to educate and influence the medical, research, breast cancer and legislative communities to address breast cancer in women 40 and under, and to serve as a point of contact for young women living with breast cancer. All profits from the sale of tickets will go directly to the Young Survival Coalition,

Raffle tickets can be purchased here - http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=4427

Mike and I am very passionate about this cause. There have been a bunch of raffles posted to help support racers and teams. That's cool, but I believe this one will reach women and their families who are struggling far more than any racer is.

Tickets will be on sale through March 31st and the drawing will take place on April 1st.

Good Luck!

Terry Keele and Mike Zanconato
