Sorry for the off topic post... My sister and her husband recently
purchased a restaurant in Portland and will be moving here from CO at
the end of this month. They plan on eventually buying a house, but in
the mean time they are looking to rent an apartment, duplex, house, etc.
for around 6 months. They aren't too particular, but they would like
their own space, kitchen, bathroom, entrance, etc. They have a medium
sized well-behaved indoor dog. Because of the month-to-month
requirements and dog they are having trouble fining a place. They would
prefer to be in SE, the closer to Sellwood the better, but they are
flexible on this. I think they are looking to spend between
$600-800/month give or take. They are a very nice, responsible and
quiet couple. She rides mountain bikes and will probably end up at some
OBRA races and he knows a lot about food and wine.

Does anyone out in OBRA land have a house they are looking to rent short
term? Do any of you live in an apartment complex that would meet the
above requirements? If so drop me a line off list. Thanks!
