Congratulations to Team RCW's Darell Provencher at Masters Nationals!
Early in the Maters Nationals competition at Marymoor Velodrome in =
Redmond Washington, team RCW was well represented by Darell who got the =
bronze medal in the 45-49 Kilo. To quote Darrell, it was "...not one of =
my best times, ... Even though I'm not at the top of my form right now, =
it feels great to get a medal at Natz...!"=20
(Darrell says he was not in top form because he had recently spend a =
couple weeks' vacation in Italy. Maybe it was the fine pasta and vino =
that won him the Kilo.)
This Wednesday, Team RCW will be racing the 45+ team TT and Olympic =
sprints. Wish them luck!
