Let me preface my earlier message by saying cycling.tv is only an option if you have a fast internet connection (particularly cable) along with a good computer as both factor into the view quality.

$50.53 in U.S. funds for a full year subscription to the premium channel with a 800k stream available for live events (even faster for "taped" events) that was crystal clear and great to watch even if it meant I was up at 4am to watch the Tour of Flanders last weekend...
