in the 500!!! Congratulation!!
Well Actually it was the 2k pursuit, but if you saw her first 500 meters you
would have thought it was a 500 meter she was doing. After putting 6
seconds on her partner in the first 1k, in what ended up being the gold
medal matchup, Darien ended up holding on by less than a second. Now we
just have to figure out how to put both her and Chauncey's (recent world
gold medalist - for those with a short term memory like me) head in the car
at the same time to get them home.
She was pretty happy and Chauncey even had her mom on the phone during the
ceremony, ahhh.
