Jim:
I am not on the chat group. Please forward:
Hello OBRA members:
The Nearly World Famous Kings Valley Road Race now in its 10th edition
gets underway at 10:00 sharp tomorrow Saturday April 14th. The weather
forecast is improving daily and remember that it (almost) never rains on
the fine roads of Kings Valley on the second Saturday in April.
A few quick reminders:
1) Numbers on the left
2) Please respect the neighbors of our start area host, EE Timber. We
have suspended riders for things like urinating and similar poor
behavior in the past. Don't be the next one.
3) As your races finish, do not mill about in the road as if we own the
place. Please help us keep the road clear so as to not annoy the local
traffic and/or the local Sherriff.
4) If you pre-registered, you simply need to check in and announce your
presence (assuming that you filled out and signed your waiver, etc) We
always have a special check in station for those of you clever enough to
pre-register so you won't have to stand in line on race day.
5) More corner marshalls = safer race and we can always use a few more.
If you have a spouse, friend, clone, etc that isn't racing and would
like to watch you race and get your race fee waived at the same time,
please see me at registration tomorrow.
See y'all at the race!

Subject: Number placement
Scott,
You may want to send out a message to the OBRA chat about number
placement for tomorrow.
I think they usually go on the left side, which is not the most common.
