I will be doing a long endurance ride to either Condon, or the Dalles, on the dates above, due to the fact that rain is predicted next weekend. I will ride one way, and my sister, who is my SAG car will be stopping at certain points for me to refuel with food, water and electrolytes. Once I arrive in either of these locations, I will load the bike in the back of the Honda Element and drive back to Bend. Anyone from Bend interested in doing this long ride with me for endurance? Mind you, while I will not go at a turtles pace, I am not competitive, and will not race against anyone. Hence, this is the reason I decided to do my own century today and not with Hutch Bikes. I had paid to go, but decided to forgo it, when I saw that the majority of people who were there today appeared to be on teams that compete. Nope, I am just cycling for endurance right now, but who knows, maybe later I will have the speed it takes to ride with groups such as the people who were there today at
Hutch's Bikes.

I do so want to do the 'Ultimate Road Ride,' July 7, which is 215 miles, and this is the main reason I am riding such long distances for endurance.
