We are seven weeks away from the start of Tuesday Night Juniors and Masters Racing at Alpenrose Velodrome. One of the benefits of the great turnout last year is that we are able to sponsor any junior rider that would like to learn to ride on the velodrome.
All that you need to do is; Go to the Wednesday Night Track Classes during the months of April and May. Let Steve Garcia know that you would like to take advantage of the free class for Junior Riders.
He will take care of you and turn you into a bona fide track rider. In turn we will pick up all the costs involved including your bike rental.
Hopefully you will have such a great time that you will want to come on out to the track on Tuesday nights and do some racing with other Junior Racers and get a chance to meet and learn from all of the fantastic Masters Racers that we have at Alpenrose.
Masters, mark your calendars for Tuesday nights during June, July and August
so that you don't miss out on all of the fun of racing against masters of your own age as well as having the chance to influence, and set examples for, the next generation of racers.
