Team Dobbiaco Board of Directors
Out of Town Racers,
This year we are anticipating a fantastic turnout for the 2007 Treasure
Valley Stage Race (TVSR) on July 7 & 8 and expect several hundred riders.
The TVSR Host Family Housing Program aims to provide housing in private
homes (in and around the Boise, ID area) as a courtesy to stage race
competitors only.
The TVSR Host Family Housing Program follows the basic guidelines described
below:
* All Host Family Housing will be coordinated by Team Dobbiaco
Housing Coordinators (Vernon Padaca and Michael Harvey)
* Host Families provide sleeping and bath accommodations.
* Host families are under no obligation to provide food; however,
kitchen privileges may be an option.
* Racers have priority for housing. Support staff will be housed if
additional housing is available after all riders are housed.
* Support staff should plan on making reservations at a local motel.
Only stage race competitors may stay in host family homes. Relatives and
friends must make their own reservations at local motels.
* Only those riders assigned to a home may stay there; host families
indicate the maximum number of riders they can accommodate and their wishes
must be respected. Do not ask families directly to house additional riders.
* Housing will be arranged on a first come, first serve basis.
* Riders requesting housing must have paid entries before you will
be put on the list for host housing.
To make a request for host housing, please send an e-mail to
dobbiacoboard@cableone.net and include the following information
