I could list the streets and intersections for the Sandy River course. It
has never been used for the State Championships, at least not since 1981.

Swan Island is easy. It is just a flat elongated D-shape crit.

I think it's the one that used to get used for the OBRA champ race.

I've recently rediscovered the great eastside rides, and want to add it to
my route collection.

Also, I've never raced the Swan Island crit, anyone know the course well
enough to map it out?

You'll find it on the blog if it's the exact same course as last year
(I assume it is but please correct me if I'm wrong). It's pancake flat.
