Hey All:
Did anyone out there happen to catch the current issue of Oregon Cycling
newspaper with the "did some-one say Lance Armstrong" article in it? I
guess the column is a regular thing by Mark Lansing. Anyway, this month
Mark is vigorously defending his printing last month of the "Santiago
Botero Urban Myth Diary". He states in his lil' column that he is
considering adding more "errors" in the future just to verify that people
are reading his column.
Where am I going with all of this? Well in the column is a "gratuitous
photo of Lance Armstrong". Take a look at it nice and close.
NOW HERE IS THE QUESTION: Is it just me or does that picture look a
heckavalot more like Cedric Vasseur than Lance Armstrong?
Let's get one thing straight: I wasn't there so I don't know who that is
in the picture, but it sure don't look much like Lance to me.
What do y'all think? Is Mark playing a little trick on us? Did something
else slip past the fact checkers?
Scott
