About mid span, somehow, someone pulled up one of the iron plates, it sticks up about a foot and it is a real hazard. It faces southbound. It could really be bad if you hit it. I have no idea who to call about it. Even worse, someone smashed a bottle just north of it. With that, I will assume that someone pulled up the plate intentionally.

The freeways in the Metro area are maintained by ODOT District 1. If it's past midspan, they might refer it to WSDOT.
