I have a friend who is looking for an entry (very entry) level road bike for
triathlon competition. She is 5' 4" so obviously looking for something
pretty small.

of 60cm. It is for my son who is 6'3". He is a college student on a budget
and does not want to spend more than $800. Preferably less...
