Falls City Treehugger

Hi All,

So, I'm the gal who crashed yesterday at Falls City (giving tree-hugger real meaning) and I wanted to thank the people who stopped and helped me, especially the two expert women who gave first aid and carried me off the trail and onto the road, where a member of the Black Rock Freeriders' Association gave me a truck ride downhill. Plus the guy who stopped racing to direct traffic and move all our bikes off the trail, and the guy running the first aid for the race. You all are what makes mountain bike racing so amazing, just full of top-notch friendly, helpful people.

From my end, no major injuries, just deep contusions and a noticeable limp today.

If the two women who helped me happen to read this, would you mind sending me an email? Especially the physical therapy student (Jen?). Thanks again for saving my day by selflessly giving up part of yours.

Jessi
