I took a group of 7 young riders (10-14 years-old) up to Crown Point =

yesterday. They had fun but I could not take all of the kids because I =

still do not have enough working bikes to fit the smaller kids. =20

I have five riders who are 10-11 years-old. They are all around 24-27 =

inch inseam. I only have 3 bikes to fit them. Only one of the three is =

a semi-decent bike the other two are very heavy, very old Huffys. If =

you have any small 10 speed type bikes please think of these kids. If =

you see one at a garage sale for a few bucks think of these kids. They =

have been doing chores to support their riding habit so they have a =

little money to buy bikes etc. =20

The kids are all really interested in riding and racing but it is tough =

when you are a 10 year-old on a 40 LB bike trying to keep up with your =

14 year-old cousin on a 25 LB. bike. =20

I am also still in need of some decent racing bikes for the 14 year =

olds. 28-32 inch inseam.

I also have a need for fixed gear wheels so the older boys can commute =

to school on fixed gears this winter. =20

I also need pedals and shoes for some of the kids.   We have shoes for =

the younger kids but no pedals They need LOOK to cheaply adapt to the =

shoes we have. The older boys need SPD for their shoes. We also need =

shoes for the older boys about sizes 41-45 hopefully SPD. We could use =

both road and Mountain.   At least two of the boys will be commuting to =

school and MT shoes work better as commuter shoes-- the boys call them =

their "school shoes". =20

Thank you for any help you can give.
