I would like to thank all the people that came to our aid right after
the crash. These people include the OBRA officials, the EMTs and
doctors on site, uninjured racers, the sheriff's department and many
others. The response was very fast and it is great to know that so
many care so much for our safety.
I was fortunate enough to be about 10 meters behind the lead group.
I rode into the ditch on the right side and was taken out by someone
coming in from the road. I am very fortunate to have escaped with
only a couple of strained fingers and some road rash.
I hope for a full recovery for all of the injured racers.
