Friends , below is the BTA's request for volunteers for Bridge Pedal, it is the same day as district crit, but if you want a nice warm up do one of the ride along jobs. The BTA's contact info and link are below.

Here's another update on where you can help out with the Bridge Pedal!
Positions are filling steadily for the day of the ride, but these are
the spots where you can fill in and how many people are still needed for
each spot:
COURSE SET-UP
12 people Bridge Crew, SW Front/Pine, 5 AM-Noon
COURSE MARSHAL
20 people SW 1st/Salmon, 5:30 AM-10:30 AM
25 people N. Cook/N.Vancouver, 5:30 AM-11:30 AM
50 people N. Willamette/Portsmouth, 6:30 AM-11:30 AM
30 people NW 14th/Pettygrove, 5:30 AM-Noon
5 people NEW THIS YEAR!! SE 3rd/Talyor, 6 AM-11AM
FINISH AREA (Waterfront Park, near Burnside Bridge)
2 people Set-Up, 6 AM-9 AM
10 people Operations, 9 AM-Noon
10 people Operations, 11 AM-2 PM
1 person Clean-Up, 1 PM-3 PM*
RIDE-ALONG MECHANICS*
25 people 6:45 AM-when you finish the ride
RIDE-ALONG MEDICS* (EMT Basic certified)
5 people 6:45 AM-when you finish the ride
*this position allows you to ride!
If you're not riding this year, please consider volunteering on the day
of the ride - it helps so much to keep the ride fun, safe and a viable
event for summer in Portland!
