I have converted four Campy bikes from 9 to 10. The wheels are the same, and all the other parts will work fine as well. The only thing you need to change is the chain, cassette and have the 9-speed index cog which is inside the right shifter replaced with a 10-speed index cog (it is a $25 part that River City replaced at a very reasonable cost). Also, I find that 10-speed Shimano wheels and cassettes work fine with Campy 10-speed (I only own one Campy wheel and numerous Shimano wheels and switch all of them them back and forth and between bikes all the time without adjustment).
