Candi oversimplified the rain.
I personally brought it with me to the velodrome and personally took it away too. The rain-out is all my fault.
I called the velodrome in the hopes of doing the Keiren. Candi told me they were doing sprints, and it was not raining, so I headed out there.
It was lightly raining as I drove out. As I pulled into the velodrome it poured.
There was a rain delay, then some more sprints happened.
Then more rain, and a rain delay until 2 pm, with a decision to cancel or go forward made at 2. at 2 it was raining so canceled it was.
Then I left the velodrome and the late afternoon was sunny and mild, with light wind. Perfect weather to race track.
