Sweet. I'll sort out some accommodation for ya, although if you arrive
at midnight you may have to take a taxi from the Airport!! (everyone in
Oregon is in bed by 10)

So, I've yet to race anything at PIR, be it road or short track. I
commute
daily to downtown from the 'Couv so I'm always heading past there on
Monday
nights. Problem is, I've got all my stuff with me. You know, a
backpack
with my keys, wallet etc.
If I swing by to race, what do I do with that stuff? Any ideas?

Yes, Kudo's to Team O for an excellent job, the officials and volunteers
too. Smooth exchange to new promotion team, we're all looking forward to
next year!

On behalf of our entire team, a big thanks to the race promoters, OBRA
officials, volunteers, and the community of Baker City! We had a
fantastic
time racing and visiting with the friendly folks in Baker. The beer at
the
top of Dooley was just icing on the cake!
Cheers,

You bet I'm watching! Still the most exciting thing on TV, after the
Stanley Cup. I think/hope cycling is on its way to becoming clean.
I'm rooting for anyone other than an American to win, as much as I like
Levi, Chris, and Dave. It's time to share the love, and right now the
world's already pretty fed up with us anyway.
Personally I'm pulling for Cadel Evans.

Great car, 70700 miles. Clean title. 4 cylinder automatic.
Hate to get rid of it, but we had to get a bigger car for our family.
Has a hitch on it, I always used a hitch mounted bike rack. Asking
$12,000. Pictures available. Cell: 503 510 4200.

I just put it near the OBRA truck. The race officials obviously can't
watch
over your stuff, but having it right there where there are lots of
people
can't hurt.

Well I'm tired of looking at Excel... please send me any corrections, I
am
sure there are a handful.
As always, the series is the best 5 of 6 races, with the final race
being
worth double points.

I've always thought that this would be a great revenue generator be it
for obra, the promoters or a charity - similar to a 'ski check' at the
mountain. I would definately pay a small fee (like a buck or 2) for the
peace of mind knowing that my stuff was protected. I ride to Tabor, PIR
(short track) and I try to ride to at least one or 2 cross races, so I
would definately be interested in it for those races (Though, even on
races that I drive to, I'd like to check my keys so that I don't have to
carry them in my jersey pocket during a race)
