The Alpenrose Challenge needs you! Volunteers are needed for several positions around the velodrome. Below are the descriptions of the positions needed to be filled. Contact Charlie offline if you are interested in helping out.

Set-Up Crew – Raise the flags, clean the stands, help set-up timing, fill water coolers, etc.
Friday: 7:00 – 8:30am
Saturday: 7:00am-8:30am
Sunday: 7:00-8:30am

East Gate – Direct riders to enter the velodrome through the west gate and watch
Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:30pm;
Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm; 4:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 2:30pm; 3:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

West Gate – Direct riders through the gate during action.
Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:30pm;
Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm; 4:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 2:30pm; 3:00-8:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Registration – Help with data entry and getting riders registered for the event.

Thursday: 5:00pm – 8:30pm;
Friday: 8:30 – 10:00am; 3:30-4
Saturday: 8:30 – 10:00am ; 3:30-5:00pm;
Sunday: 8:30 – 10:00am

Volunteer at the Alpenrose Velodrome Challenge (AVC) and watch some of the
best track racing in the Northwest! Volunteers are needed Friday, Saturday
and Sunday next week (July 6-8).

The AVC is divided into 6 sessions, one morning session and one
afternoon/evening session each day. Positions include posting awards,
handing out awards, parking, gate, holder and sponge tech.

Morning sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and afternoon/evening sessions start at
4:00 pm each day.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
