I was curious about that a couple weeks ago, but found nothing.
The car version is called "Lojack." There's nothing out there for bikes
that I could find.

A hidden gps device in your downtube to recover stolen bicycles?
Do they have this same policy for stolen cars?
That sounds like an agent trying to call your bluff to me.
Find out where in your policy it states such a thing, and then if they
require it, where can you get one and for how much?
On top of that, a GPS must have a battery. If you were to install something
inside your downtube, A) how would you get it there, especially if you have
a carbon frame with no openings, and B) how would you replace the battery?
Oh, and if it is easy to install such a thing on your bike, shouldn't it be
just as easy to remove it and/or disable it?
