FS: 60cm GT GTB track bike, inexpensive but handbuilt wheels, Sugino track cranks in 165mm. It's set up for the street right now with a front brake, but the lever has a split clamp so it's easily removed for the velodrome. $475 sounded fair on ebay, but i'll take offers.
