If I remember correctly Scott Whitehead used ot be an EID officer at Pioneer square in the mid 1990's, I believe before that he was a police officer, and/or in the military.

In my experience with him in his past posistion he had been very mellow, relaxed, and fair handed. He never seemed one to make mountains out of molehills. He was also very approachable.

This may indeed be a different person by the same name. However, I'm impressed that he has even taken the time to write responses to emails. There's not many officials that would do even that. While I don't agree with his short retors. It at least shows that he may be open to dialogue.

I hate the whole us vs. them mentality that seems to appear insituations as this. I think it would be nice to see what he has to say at the city council meeting.
