Sifting through the "stuff" I sorta stored, I found a New In Box Cateye Astrale cycloputer. This a wired model and has cadence. The pickups attach to the left chainstay and there is a magnet for the left crank arm as well as the wheel. It offers the following functions: current speed, maximum speed, average speed, total distance, trip distance, elapsed time, and cadence.
I used one on my track bike as well as one on my road bike. A good simple device.
The price on the label says @39.95. It's yours for $20 OBO.
