First race of the August Series...races run till 8/27!

August Series:
- LADIES NIGHT ON 8/27. Clinics, special prizes and more! Plan on being
there!

- BABYSITTING. Please RSVP if you are bringing your kids for tonight...Drop
off your kids with us and we will have responsible teenagers watch them
while you race - now you have no reason to not see what racing on Monday
night is all about! Ages 2-5 will have 1 babysitter, and 5-12 will have 1 or
2 babysitters! $8 an hour per child (paid direct to teens). Please bring
favorite toys, games, books, etc. Minor paperwork will be required.
Available from approx 5-8:30pm.

2007 - Seize the summer...race your bike on Monday night

Last race of the July Series...August series starts up on 8/6!

Whether you¹re a beginning or experienced cyclist, you¹ll love racing at
Portland International Raceway (PIR). One of the most popular weeknight
bicycle race series in the nation, The Lakeside Bicycles Monday Night
Masters and Women Race Series runs May-August. The Monday night series
attracts hundreds of novice to experienced cyclists to race on a
traffic-free race course that¹s fun for everyone.

Races are divided into separate categories of novice masters men (aged 30+),
novice women, 2 categories for more experienced masters men and an open
women category for women of any age including juniors. There are even
experienced racers standing by to provide guidance and answer questions if
you need help. All that¹s required is a helmet, a road bike and a sense of
adventure.
