the rear derailleur shifter on my old CAAD 7 is finally giving up the
ghost.
Shimano Durace Flight deck compatible 9 speed right shifter a top
choice.
Next choice Ultegra
Next choice Non- flight-deck (yes I know they are more durable but I
have been using the FD for 15,000 on this bike so if possible I would
just a soon keep it going).

OR...
If you have a killer deal on a 10 speed groupo I would be interested
