It is clear gloss coat carbon (not the flat black paint job). This is
very light, very laterally stiff, but also vertically compliant carbon
bike frame. All day comfort, but a great race bike too. When I got it I
thought it was the best bike I had ever ridden/raced. It makes rough
chip seal feel like new pavement!! But my new Roubaix gets all the miles
now. It sat for the last year in the garage. I was considering using it
for a rain bike this upcoming winter, but that seems like a crime for a
frameset this nice. It is a XXL/62 size. It has a 60.5 top tube. The
fork's steertube is still way long for you tall guys. this bike has been
raced but never never hit the pavement. I'm asking $750 for
frame/fork/carbon pav'e seatpost/headset. Please feel free forward to
anyone you know might be interested.
thanks,
