Under the heading, Perhaps There's More To Life Than My Hobby, here are

some very nice things that comprise an expendable addendum to the

Essentials of my Passion for Cycling: (one good bike and a couple

comfortable jerseys)





What I mean is, For Sale:



Recent 59cm Bottecchia (Built up last year), red, Columbus SL, all the

braze-ons, no crashes, little wear, ridden four months. Campy Veloce

throughout; Campy rims; TTT bars and stem; Sella Nitrox saddle; silca

frame pump; no pedals: This is a beautiful bicycle: $850.00



You seen them fly around the track, now here's a rare opportunity to own

one: GT Track bike, never even dinged or scratched: raced a couple dozen

times: set-up at Bike Central to run smoothly; i.e., track axles and

nuts, aligned drivetrain, etc. Essentially standard issue but with

Vredstein handmade high-pressure clinchers. Exus Look-style pedals;

range of cogs from 13-tooth to 17; silca stand-up pump; trainer;

tools...use of an Alpenrose locker until opening day 2002! This is a

complete set-up at the track for $650.
