bike?

I found a newer carbon fiber road bike (Scattante CFR) that someone had
obviously stolen, damaged, and ditched over a hill in SW Portland . I
would love to reunite the bike with its owner. Please share this with
bike friends, listservers, clubs, etc. that might alert the owner. Ask
the owner to email a description to me to recover it. (size, serial #,
accessories, pedals, etc.)
If I don't hear from the owner in thirty days I will hand it over to the
Portland Police Bureau.
