Diamond Lake Race Info (answers to the mysterious map question)

I am sorry that all of you have been searching for information about
the race and haven't been able to find it. My laptop died last week
and I have lost everything that was on it (all the race related
stuff). The short of it being that I don't currently have a map. I am
working on getting a new one tonight and will post it to the site,
northwestchallenge.com .

The race is 28 miles long for Pro, Expert, and Sport. It is one big
loop and has approximately 1500 ft of elevation gain. Terrain is high
alpine. There is a small amount of sand but nothing compared to
Bend's midsummer moon dust. 85% of the 28 mile loop is single track.
The course is extremely fast and I would expect pro's to be coming in
around 2hrs maybe just under.

The Beginner course is about 8 miles long and about 60% is single
track. There is about 700 ft of elevation gain.

All racers finish in front of diamond lake resort on the lake shore.

I'll post a map tonight on the Northwest Challenge site.

If anyone has more questions feel free to contact me by phone or e-mail.
