That Hutch's rider was Damian Shanks. He stayed away for 75 miles, the last

13 by himself!

An effort to help piece together the race story:



From my perspective in the Senior Men's race, Rocky Serna and his

Hutch's companion (who was that?) get BIG hero/audacity points, motoring

a breakaway for about 50 miles, with a one-time lead of 4 1/2 minutes at

one point! That is a feature not showing in the results, as the length

of the race finally absorbed their effort.



Great weather, great course! Thanks to Brad & Company for the

presentation.



Any others out there in OBRA Land wishing to voice their race views?
