Spencer and OBRAites
You need a UCI international license (added onto your
USCF or NORBA) for anything that carries a UCI
ranking. That includes all the USGP races, star
crossed and the Rad Racing GP, as well as other races
throughout the country. I can't remember if nationals
was UCI, but I think it was.
