Looking for a set of 9-speed STI shifters to upgrade a friend's bike from
bar-ends. Cost is an issue, so either Sora or Tiagra would be fine, but
will even consider 105s for the right price.

Also need a 9-speed RD since I'm not sure the 8-speed one I have will have
enough throw.
