details on possible new velodrome in Salem

Guys, look at this in perspective. We would have TWO TRACKS IN THE SAME STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cali and Texas are the only other two tracks in the country to have that. So lets everyone just get over the geographic arguments and be thankful that we actually have a track, and thank Mr.Brown and everyone else who is working on this project.

until one thriving venue is up and running the need to speculate on future
tracks is a waste of good resources let alone the appearance of split camps
on independent missions.
