It seems like Erik Tonkin and a few other's did it last year a few times as well. I've been trying to practice it, still having trouble with the dismount...
It's good that it is legal now :)

I don't remember the exact time or place in the early '80's but I saw Glenn
Sanders do it (fixed in a 'cross race) one time. I don't think anyone told
him or even knew it was illegal. This was back in the USCF days.
