yeah it's a pdf about how North Plains funds it's police department with
tickets. Gives a good break down of were the money goes. 37% goes right
to the police department. So you would think the police chief would be
putting on races instead of being turd. You know write a 300 tickets
instead of just a few.

Instead of putting money toward a prize for the Eugene Celebration, I would

have liked to see a special flyer asking the women to come out and

participate at the event. There are 156 women road riders on the obra

list, at .34 for first class postage, this could have been done for only

about $50.
