The rain is coming down and I am sure everyone is looking for something to entertain themselves indoors (or maybe not)

"Tour De Life" is a fantastic book about Professional Cyclist Saul Raisin who suffered a near fatal crash in France April 2006. Its a great account of his battle to return to life and now possibly to professional racing.

This guy went from a coma to where they weren't sure that he would survive, to being told he would never walk, to now returning to the fitness level of a pro cyclist and hopefully competing next season. Great detail about the physical struggles of overcoming a brain injury but also the mental ones that I had no idea were so in depth. Could you imagine having to relearn how to feed yourself or even go to the bathroom??? Saul Raisin did....Hes a true Champion.
