okay kids,
if anyone out there has the joy of cutting 1.5" steerer tubes without
the benefit of a cutting guide....
here's a system we came up with that sort of kind of works pretty
well, although it's not quite as satisfying and dramatic as ripping
through it really fast and making it really crooked and jagged and
horrible looking:
