You may consider contacting your US Senator or Congress person on his behalf. They have connections and know the laws. Gordon Smith's office was imperative in getting speedy residency for my wife. They don't charge or accept payment for their services. We never paid any attorneys and got it done on our own faster than others. Beware--lots of people making lots of money off this disfunctional system...

Hi Norenne,

No, not with a P1, but I have had a L1A Visa for the past 5 years and I'm working on a Green card now. From what I've heard my company is paying, $3000 for a Visa isn't much.
Which attorney is he using. maybe I should switch.

Has anyone other there ever dealt with a P1 Visa before?

Aaron Tuckerman needs to get one for 2008 and he is being quoted $3,000 to have an attorney do it and we just want to know if this is a good deal.

Any advise out there?
