Subject: USA Cycling Upgrades
If you want to get a USA Cycling license upgrade for the road or the track
you will need to mail me your race resume, current license, and a SASE by
August 31, 2001. After that date I will no longer be doing upgrades because
my "charity work" for USA Cycling is over.
In addition all other permits, calls, paperwork in reference to USA Cycling
matters will need to go directly to them.
