I messed with the Barton data some more. For giggles, I took the top eight from the Cs and moved them into the Bs. Then I took the bottom 8 from the Bs and moved them into the Cs. I did the same swap for the Masters B and C too.

Caveat: I was going on my reduced set of riders. I made the reduced set my throwing out riders who didn't finish within one lap of the leaders or otherwise had funky lap times.
