+I'm neat, quiet, organized
+Have lived with guys and/or girls in the past
+I can sleep through anything
+I will eat almost anything (no meat except for fish)
+No pets of my own...just a visitor
+No car
-I have 5 bikes
-I have lots of gear
-I'm a morning person
-Can't cook
