Hello,

My boyfriend (Matt Wills) and I were just told this morning that our lease
is going to end in 30 days because the property manager wants to fix up the
apartment and raise the rent. Our landlord was nice enough to allow us to
leave by January 31st since it is the holidays, but either way it really
puts us in a lurch.

We need a 1 or 2 bedroom large apt or house to rent, and was hoping there
might be someone out is OBRA land that might know of something.

What we need:

- Allows dogs - we have an 8 year old siberian husky that is really
mellow and extremely well behaved!
- Basement storage or garage - 9 bikes, many skis and snowboards and a
full bike repair set up. (not to mention lots of camping, climbing and
surfing gear)
- Prefer a larger space - greater than 850 sq ft
- Located in NW, Inner SE, Inner NE or Inner SW - Matt bike commutes
to Intel so we dont want to live too far out
- $1400 max rent

A bit about us:
We are both working professionals that are avid cyclist/racers (we both race
cross). We love our dog a lot! He is an indoor dog that sleeps a lot now
that he is 8. We are very responsible and take care of our living quarters.
